Windsocks

wind machines???

any ideas i there are any big companys in the uk that i can get a wind machine from?? i have tried local party shops but no one seems to have one?? would be greatful for any help! a wind machine like they use in the movies. or just a beast of a fan... it needs to be able to blow lots of polystyrine balls up a 3ft pipe
