Windsocks

What is the proper term for the dancing windsock guys you see in front of businesses?

I am having trouble tracking down how to find and obtain one of these things. You know, the giant windsock people who are on fans and dance around, arms flailing... Nothing comes up in searches under 'windsock people', 'dancing fan people', 'airsock people', etc... I need to know! :P
